Live to Rescue. Love to Care.

Live to Rescue. Love to Care.Live to Rescue. Love to Care.

We are FEN-draising For A Great Cause!

Poor Fen! All he wants is to be able to run around and play like the other dogs, but unfortunately his genetic lottery ticket was not so lucky. Diagnosed with severe patellar luxation in both knees, Fen has just undergone his sixth knee surgery – yes, he has had three on each leg!! This most recent surgery was the last chance Fen has for his right knee to be fully functional again – if this final attempt is unsuccessful, there will be an extreme amount of scar tissue, and his leg will likely need to be amputated so that he can learn to function with three good legs instead of being hampered by a knee that refuses to stay in place.

Donate to Fen's Fund

Here is Fen struggling to walk before his surgeries.

Can you help Live Love Animal Rescue cover the costs of Fen's medical care?  We have spent over $6,000 on Fen's medical care so far, and with your support we can continue to give him the best chance at a full recovery! Your donations will support Fen's surgeries, rehabilitation, and care.

As a token of Fen’s gratitude, anyone donating $10 or more will receive a thank you note signed by Fen himself. Additionally, thanks to the generosity of The Kanine Kerchief, we are able to offer a free handmade dog scarf to anyone donating $35 or more. Quantities are limited so please specify your size and top three pattern choices from the photo below! #TeamFen
